Now what?
This morning had to go out for an *annuity*, and in normal times those only take about 15 minutes at the signers home and done. Well here I am stuck with one never encountered before. Obviously the signer is in The Armed Forces and my closest guess is that the documents were to be signed on base and there was a change of venue. So here I am with the Acknownledment to be signed by an Officer of the Armed Forces requesting of course his rank and serial No. I replaced the Acknowledgment with one of my individual Ackowledgments and proceeded with the signatures. Well now I am being told I should have crossed out the section where the Officer is supposed to sign and correct it with my information. In my opinion I shouldn't be doing that as the paragraph in the Armed Forces one is so different than ours but the hiring company insists I should as the entire package was numbered by pages and my page does not fit the numbers? Anyone ever had that problem?

Not sure about PA, but generally, when I see a ack like
this , I fill in "Notary Public" for rank, and my commission # for Serial #, sign it and stamp it Never had a "comeback"

Thanks, wanted to do that but also wanted to make sure I could do it as the wording of the paragraph is really different.
