Office Space for Notary Signers
Are you a Mobile Closer or Notary Signing Agent that occasionaly needs access to an office to facilitate your closings ? If so, then please feel free to call me. I manage a small, very reputable title insurance branch located in the Houston-Galleria area that would be more than happy to assist you in getting your transactions closed.
My rates are very reasonable and I am flexible in closing times/access.
Call or email me today. 713-784-0006 or [e-mail address]

Re: advertising??.......
IMO this is not "advertising" as we usually interpret it. There have been TX notaries here on the forum looking for such an accomodation.

This is a resource for notaries that need it...how is it
advertising? My god....there are certain transactions that MUST be closed in a brick and mortar TC or Attorney office in TX. These SA's need this resource. Give it up people....I would be pretty upset if I was from TX and had a money making opportunity squashed.

Since I am a Notary Signer myself, I see this as more of a help to other signers than as advertising. Here in Texas, Home Equity loans MUST close in either a title company, attorney's office or (some) lenders' offices. And I've come across MANY signers who have a hard time finding offices to close in that are reasonably priced, or that will accommodate them at all. Some want to charge as much as you're making on the closing. Since I also manage a title company, I thought I would be helping out other signers by making space available to them. So, obviously, you do not live here in Texas.
