On Call On Site Closings, Inc.

Completed the RESPA on New Years Eve...after receiving repeated calls a few days before they increased their price to $100. Found initial address given was wrong and signer was at another location 30mins. away...had to scan, save as pdf, two tax years and numerous other docs. All done on time and as directed. As of today have not received payment after numerous emails/call to Rachel Williams. Not happy.

Re: Took 60 days to short-pay me for a RESPA signing

Well I'm nearing the 60 day mark so hope it will be coming soon. Don't know what they can't send it electronically....easier and quicker. They better not short pay me. Did you deal with Rachel or someone else?

You either deal with Rachel or Tullis

don't believe there IS anyone else I believe they're a husband and wife team - both have the same address

I accepted the last signing, only until after they agreed to pay me via PayPal. I had to calll them before I entered the borrower's house to inform them it hadn't been posted yet (thank you Verizon 3G) and to figure out why and fix it by the time I came out or I wouldn't be able to make it to the second signing that night. No problems after that.

For RESPA's they always request that the signed docs and borrowers documentation be scanned and faxed/emailed back. That could mean anywhere between 60-75 pages! So far they've opted to have me drop them for next day delivery instead of paying an additional fee.

TY Shelly. Good info. in case I get called again. Hadn't tried the Paypal avenue but good to know its a possibility with them. I scanned emailed close to 125 pages which didn't include an extra fee as when I received the job info. it only mentioned 6 docs and 2 yrs. tax returns...the applicant had many investments and deductions so it ended up being a large stack to email back. Thank goodness for Adobe PDF maker and a fast HP scanner.

Which HP model do you use and do you recommend it? I need to find a faster scanner since more and more SS are requesting large faxbacks.

I have a multi function HP 7210 that does a good job as far as scan speed. Its an older model so am sure there are faster ones out there by now though.
