Pacific Document Signing/Los Angeles
I did a closing in January and still have not received payment. I was told on March 5 that a check would go out that day, no check. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After a few more phone calls Erika promised on March 17 that a check would go out that day. Still no check. I have seen her posts defending the company but this is totally unacceptable and unfortunately the title company now will be informed of the non-payment issue.

and someone posted awhile back to always hold onto the TC info so that you can call escrow and tell them that you have not been paid. fortunately, i have not had to do that but i make sure i record their contact info just in case. try calling escrow, good luck..

I've had similar issues with Paul there. He EVENTUALLY paid me but it took months. He says he is having problems getting is payment and that is what causes the delay, but I'm not seeing other companies have that problem. I have turned down the last couple if offered me.

DeeDe: Are you referring to Paul located in Brentwood, not
in Los Angeles? 2 separate and different companies. Company namestyle is slightly different also.

It probably was me because I learned a long time ago to have that info on all loans I do, just in case. And believe me it has come in handy on many occasions. Thanks.

You need to clarify which company you're referring to
you say Los Angeles but mention a "Paul" who is with an entirely different company...your post and the resulting thread has been linked to a company in SC and may be incorrect.

Thats why I said Los Angeles and Erika since she has posted herself on this board trying to clarify which company she represents. The company name is also different from Paul's company. People need to read the posts and make sure they are responding about the right one.

I also have 2 outstanding invoices with them - i was told they mailed to the wrong address - i corrected their information - still no check and that was 3 weeks ago. It is Erika @ Pacific Doc Signing.
