There must be a communications disconnect here. Matt Snipes is the owner, and has everything to do with payments. See my reply to your earlier post (Msg #328637).

I know Matt stays busy and is not always in the office but if you leave a message for him I am sure he will get back to you today or tomorrow.
This is a really good company to work for and they have never missed a payment to me. I am sure that if you actually get in touch with Matt he will make sure you get paid.

I must say this...........
There must be miscommunication somewhere. I would get in contact with the company again. These guys are top notch, and go over and above for their notaries. You couldn't ask for a better group of gentlemen. That's my opinion.

Haven't worked for them in a while but when I did they were great. I agree with the others, must be miss-understanding

As the others have stated, "there must be a miscommunication." My experience with Matt has been that he treats the notary with the utmost professionalism and pays when he said he will.
You may want to try talking to him in the morning, when he may be somewhat less busy and can take the time to let you know what's going on.
Not to be used an excuse, but were there any problems with the signing?

Try sending him an email:
[e-mail address]. That's what I did, with good results. Their motto, "Committed to closing excellence and your complete satisfaction", is more than an empty slogan.

It's EOM - I always wait to contact about payment issues
until EOM is over and the company has more time available to address the issue.

Re: It's EOM - I always wait to contact about payment issues
I agree with the posts here..These guys are great. I had a signing with them yesterday. They do read NotRot by the way...
I do not call during EOM as most of the time everyone is scrambling and my calls or emails may get pushed aside.
