Premier Signing Services - Looks Like A Deadbeat Company

Completed two closing for them over 60 days ago, and still not paid. Left 6 messages for Matt, no reply, and , his cell phone voice mail box is full. The other two gentlemen in the office have the same message when I question payments - "Matt is the only one that sends out checks", " Matt is not in the office right now", " Matt will return at 6, try then", blah blah blah...

Re: Premier Signing Services

I'm about ready to lower the hammer on them for an unpaid invoice going back to last September. Grrrr! Frown

Re: Premier Signing Services

I work for them an average of once or twice a month and have never had a problem with payment not once.

I would continue to try and get a hold of Matt or George.

Re: Premier Signing Services

I have worked for them several times, although not very recently. I never had a problem getting paid. A couple of times it was close to 45 days, but to me that is still within an acceptable time frame. Try to reach them by email, I find I get better results than with phone calls. Also, remember we are just coming off EOM. It's not an excuse, but it may explain why you didn't get a return call.

Re: Premier Signing Services

I have never, ever had a problem with them. I just did one for them and actually had to make 2 trips (not my fault). They gladly agreed to my fee. Paid in 30 days. Are you sure you have the correct company?

Re: Premier Signing Services

Like Linda, I also had to make 2 trips (due to escrow issue) and Matt had no problem whatsoever with paying both fees on a timely basis. Would gladly work with him again.

Re: Premier Signing Services

Although I haven't worked for them since last summer, I received my payments approx 30 - 40 days after the closing. I will definitely work for them again when work comes this way.

Which Preimer Signing Services are you talking about...

There are two one located in Missouri and the other in Ohio?

Premier Signing Services - Revisted

I had been trying to communicate with them by telephone and using their "general" e-mail address. Somehow the message wasn't getting thru. But when I sent a note directly to Matt ([e-mail address]) asking for his help, I was pleased by his very fast and encouraging reply. His second e-mail this morning confirmed his timely-mailed check had not cleared the bank, and that he was going to overnight the replacment to me. Based what he also said leads me to believe his business ethic is very much consistent with my own. Like the others who have posted their experience here, I too, would gladly accept future assignments from them.
