Remember Title Stream?

Anyone recieved a notice from Debt Acquisition Management Lewisville TX about a suit for money not paid to notaries by TS Connections/Title Steam for signing upto 4 years ago.
Any comments?

Hi! They owed me $1200 and I took Marty Sturgeon and Titlestream to civil court. Case had to be dropped because they filed bankruptcy. No debts can be collected after a bankruptcy as long as it was listed on their proof of claim.

This notice says Monte Sturgeon, TS Connections file bankruptcy but did not inculde Title Stream.
My 1st thought is this a legit or is it "physing" for info from us.
I was owed about $1500 and had had an att'y look into a suit but the banruptcy had been filed and of course i got the same answer as you. I've written this off over a year ago and really have a concern if this "new" notice is legit.
