Amazing! these people are still in business but they contact the new notaries who don't know their reputation. They have to prey on the inexperienced to stay in business. They are the worst of the worst but still keep surviving and don't pay.

Never ever take a signing from this company ever. They will never pay you. They owe me $115 since 2007. They do not pay very well either. Please do not use them.

Don't give up! I did a signing on Dec 4, 2009 for them. And I just got a check last Saturday, April 24. I called them every Month. Jan, Feb, 2-times in March and 3-times in April, on Wednesday, as that is the day the accounts payable is in. I always got the same story. The signing was approved. Then the check will be cut. Then the check was cut. But they would never say it was mailed. I talked with Donna and she relayed the info to Debbie the owner. She explained that they always pay their bills. I sent emails on their web site and told them I was going to post info on Notary Rotary stating they do not pay their bills. I finally called the company that hired them for my signing to let them know that SOX does not pay its bills. I got a call back and said the check would be sent last Wednesday. And I finally got it on Saturday. So don't give up. Keep calling. I was very nice to them. However, I kept asking how they stay in business if they don't pay their bills?? Their answer--They always pay their bills. So keep on trying

I have only done a handful of signings for them, and this is all accurate, they are SLOW or NO pay. So annoying, it's funny because if it was their money, they probably wouldn't be so calm about it. I called to check on payment from a job 2 months ago, they say the same thing every time. Checks are going out next week. Pathetic and they all blame each other and have a million excuses. Doc Pros is great, MDA is great and my fav is Pro Link. All pay on or before 30 days, no bullshit excuses and good rates, not like cheapo SOX. I'm officially done taking work from these people.
