STATOUS NETWORK, LLC G/B/U?

Got a call from them yesterday. I've never worked for them before. Reviews are mixed... so does anyone have any recent experiences with them? It doesn't seem like they have a very good payment history.

I would be VERY careful with them.

I had done some work for them in the fall and when I asked about payment 45 days later I was told that they never received and invoice. I sent the invoice again and when I asked about payment a week later I was told they never had the invoice (it was faxed and emailed).
About a week after that I was told a check # and told that it was mailed and then again when I asked about payment a week later they told me that did not have an invoice.

It was so frusterating.

I had also done some work for the same borrower through them in January (should not have done it) and I emailed the entire package back. Richard from Statous said he never received the email and that I didn't date properly on a bunch of the documents. He wanted me to not get paid.
I have the email with the DOCS and I had misdated ONE date and that was all. He is not truthful at all and plays games.

I am now trying to get payment for this last one and then I am DONE with this company.

FYI to all

Richard from STATOUS emailed me and has been watching NotRot. I have now been told that I provided false testimony. Does that mean that all of us that have had payment issues have done so falsley? I have all the communication saved for that purpose.
He also told me that proof of payment will be given after payment is mailed.

Definitely Ugly

Their client was a no show even though I confirmed the appointment less than 18 hours before time. All kinds of excuses such as I didn't get your invoice, etc. You know the routine. I finally got paid about 4 months later.

Re: Wow... thanks!

Always a good idea to go with your gut feelings when deciding whether to accept a signing or not.

I've been working with them for about two years now and I have not had any problems getting paid. My contact is Richard Moralas he is great. Thinking back, I was very late submitting my invoice and had to wait a little longer than four-five days to get paid but it was totally my fault.
