I've tried adding a couple of companies that aren't there but it says they are already listed (which they aren't). This was a few months ago...last time I checked, the two companies still weren't there, so I no longer even attempt to post my ratings. So...maybe it's up to date, but not to the degree that it could be if we could add companies.

If you get the message that "they" are already listed then the person who owns the company is probably listed as a notary. Contact NR by using the "contact us" link below and let them know what company you're trying to list. Also, please list them as covering all of the US, not just your area, so that all of us will be able to see the info on the company.

The 'now you see it/now you don't' and 'already listed' messages are that state-coding thing.
I'm sure Harry must have a good reason for doing that, but danged if I can figure out what that reason might be.

Yes, if you get that message that they are already there, contact Notary Rotary direct to let them know. I am vigilant about getting a new company added. I email Traci actually and will keep emailing every couple of days until I get a response. ( I am sure she enjoys those emails. :-) ) It is just very important to me to have that information there, not just for myself, but for others. I have added quite a few companies over the years, and in most cases, I get that error. Just keep contacting them until you get through. They have always added the company in the end, but in most cases I have had to make the effort to make sure it is done.
That list honestly is an integral part of my business now so I make sure to contribute to it as much as possible.
