Skye Closings
Anyone know anything about Skye? They are listed in the NR directory but there are no comments. I received an invitation to sign up with them but having been burned a couple of times, I am now wary.

Skye closings is a spin of the old Reliaclose. Expert Closings is also a spin from the old Reliaclose. A divorce between the two original owners is why there are two new companies.
Two thumbs up for both--Skye does direct deposit....love it!

Just to set the record straight, Maureen is now sole owner of ReliaClose/Expert Signings. Skye Closings has nothing to do with, nor has any relation with ReliaClose.
Rob was married to Maureen, and in their divorce that was finalized in August of last year, Maureen fought for, and took full control of all financials and changed the ReliaClose name to Expert Signings per their agreement.
Rob is now working for Skye Closings.
For anything that is due from ReliaClose, Maureen and Expert Signings are the persons to contact. Their number is 614-834-7180.
I hope this clears up any confusion.

I have done about 3 for them this past year. Recently, they called for a signing with fax back and I asked for an additional fee for the faxing back.. they said they would speak to the mgr and get back.. about 4 hours later.. they called and ok'd the additional fee for fax back.. Pay okay with direct deposit.. Net 30 from closing
