So aggravating
Get a call last night at 5:30pm for a "as soon as you can get there" signing. I agree. Get docs, print, change clothes and I'm on my way. They called when I was driving there, they called during the signing. I get home and had just gone to bed and they called again wanting the tracking #, got up went downstairs and gave it to him. I almost lost it, but didnt. Just now (its 2:30pm the next day) they called again wondering if the pkg had been dropped. I kind of lost it this time. I was aggravated and let him know that I don't appreciate it. I gave them the tracking # last night, look it up yourself and see if it has been dropped. Lazy, lazy. This is a TC that I work for periodically, not often so I don't feel too bad. I hate the handholding. In fact, I despise it. I don't mind calling in after the closing or faxing something at all. The continuous phone calls are the pain. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and it drives me crazy with some of these companies. Thanks for the vent.

Re: You're a better person than I am
Sounds like the folks at Richmond Title.......They call about the signing, about the tracking, about the funds collected, about the status of docs being dropped. Brother! Are we 7 years old?
