South Coast Title

South Coast Title/Joan Farino has not paid me for a closing and also not returning my phone calls. There is nothing listed in Signing Central so I have updated that and we need to get our feedback in there please.

Do a search Anita, she did the same to me and also goes by another title company name.
The posting was recent. If the mtg/broker is Meridian Financial in California your going to struggle getting paid. PM me I'll try to help.
