Yes, they are past due with me too. Usually pay consistantly.

I called them last week about a signing in November. I was told "The check already went out but I'll check on it". Nothing yet. Also owed for another signing since then. We shouldn't hold our breath?

I did closings for them in feb and march and no pmt for either. when I called them was told they had a title company stiff them for $50K and unable to pay anyone till get it resolved. they are still scheduling closing with no intention of paying till they get theirs.

finally got paid for 2 signings completed in feb and march. got my check 4/22 and cashed it at bank 4/23
