Todaro National Notary
This company is a deadbeat, no pay for closing in Oct and they don't respond to emails, phone messages or faxes. I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. Everyone should go to www.bbb.com and they will put you in touch with the local Better Business Bureau for the address of the company. They investigate companies to help resolve problems.

Did you check Signing Central? This co. has a long-standing
rep for non-payment. Maybe next time you can save yourself the aggravation by checking Signing Central first. Also, the BBB will not help you collect your money. They keep a file with complaints.

I have the same problem with this company and have been waiting since nov. for payment. I have done everything to get in touch with them including calling the title company that hired them and was told that they have been paid and I should have been paid. I don't see that happening I am going to notify small claims court in their area tomorrow to register a complaint. Don't know if that will do any good. The number of the Municipal Court is 330-564-4200

Just to save you some time...
Just calling the Small Claims Court won't help you - I don't believe you can "register" a complaint over the phone...you need to file a written complaint in small claims court and you may be able to do that in your own area - check your local court website for small claims information - you may be able to file right where you are and not where they are...but in any event it will need to be done in writing - not on the phone.

I agree with Linda and double check the laws. An attorney I network said the jurisdiction is where the contracted services are performed (i.e. where the signing took place) and not necessarily where the company you contracted with is located. Double check that because, you may be able to file a small claims suit where YOU are and Todaro may be required to show up to court in your town.

Let me tell you it took Andrea 3 months to pay me and she would never answer calls or emails. So I emailed the title company and it wasn't even 2 hours later and the next thing I know I get an email from Andrea. She did pay me and she even gave me an extra $25.00 for all the trouble. So luckily her bank she uses we have a branch near where I live and I went straight to that bank to cash the check and the check actually cleared.
