and unless it is me, but are they not the ones with the most signatures and initials to collect as well?
Did plenty of the JP ones and I really hate when I see one coming in ... Citi is a bit better and BofA too.

Citi is great...I like they include a feedback sheet. Most of the borrowers I have usually want me to send back something a little more explosive...LOL

a few nights ago and I cannot remeber the bank but it was a small local one ... the package was at the borrowers, it was split in 2 sections : one for signatures only and initials, one for all the ones that needed to be notarized and they were so nice to add all the little : Sign here and Initial here and Notarize here little tags ... I had not seen that in ages LOL but I will admit it was nice Docs back in folder, folder in UPS plastic and drop.
