$65 e docs.

I just got a call to do a closing for a measley fee of $65 for e-docs. I google the phone # but didn't find anything. I do know that it was one of the Pacific Document companies. Don't know if it was "signing" or "service". My guess would be the later. Quoted my fee and so far haven't heard a peep from them. Gees, why don't I just pay THEM to do a closing? What an insult!

Yes, low fees are insulting. IMO we need to keep letting these companies know that these low fees are not ACCEPTABLE. It only continues because someone out there (often part-timers doing it for extra money) are willing to take the signings for that.

as slow we are, i am still not ready to work for free. i'm gonna wait it out!
