They are terrible!!!! They do not pay, I am still waiting on a check from Feb 2009. Never have received a check and have faxed, emailed everyone from there I could find. Do no worj for them unless you are doing it for free.

After several follow-up contacts, I could no longer reach them via telephone, email, or fax. They haven't paid my 2009 invoices. You can draw your own conclusions as to how I feel about them.

I just got an email from them. Closing this week. Edoc $75. Also checked out BBB. They were graded as an F. Please beware. Learning to check here before signing.

I received email from them yesterday wanting me to do a signing. I called and told them I was still waiting on a payment from july 2009 and they said if i would take this closing they would pay me by paypal last night... I told them once I get my money we will discuss it. So I am sure they found someone else to do it... I called Alexandra who contacted me about the closing and she told me that Victoria handles all the accounting. Victoria gave me her payapl email address to invoice her... and then today she is saying that sent it to accounting and will check on it. She has told me that at least 10 times in the past... but today I said "Well Alexandra told me that YOU are accounting"... and she says... ummm welllll ummmm they have me do everything, they dump it all on me... DO NOT TAKE AN ASSIGNMENT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WORK FOR FREE!!!

Wow these guys have the worst reputation EVER. Look at the BBB ratings and stuff. We should all use that one collection agency for Notaries ONE BOX.
