tonerkits.com

I have been purchasing toner refill kits from tonerkits.com for 2-3 years now with no complaints, but today my order came, and the containers were only half the size as last time I ordered them!

I guess I am looking for another supplier, so if anyone has a suggestion, Iwould appreciate it. Thanks!

I haven't order anything from them in the last past year I think, but I tried another toner company that I will be getting the toner later on this week, if that one works ok, I will post here about it. Tonerkits are now more expensive than other companies. www.supermediastore.com has terrific prices on remanufactured cartridges and they have worked ecxellent in my exp. Sorry have to run no time to double check my misspellings, sorry bye.

I've been getting my toner cartridges from LD for years. They work all time and if you do run into a problem, they stand by their product and replace free immediately. LD also has great prices on ink jet cartridges as well.

thanks all, I will make a note of these for next time. IMO this was pretty low on their part. I will complain, but I don't expect to get anything out of it.

It's the same amount of toner

The containers were twice the size but always less than half full. It's just a smaller bottle with the same amount of toner.

Follow-up post after contacting the product supplier

The below post was added as a separate post at 5:49PM.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To point out (as MichiganAl did), in response to my earlier post, that the smaller bottles actually contain the same amount of toner. I was not aware of this fact until I contacted the company and received a response. They said that the smaller bottles actually cost less to ship (makes sense) and therefore they can charge a little less. Just seems like every time you turn around, companies are offering 'less for more'.

I thought it was only fair to let everyone know.
