trustee acknowledgement

For closings where the borrower is signing twice, once as an individual, the second time as "name, trustee", do I list them twice in the acknowledgement? Did a search and saw you can't in CA, but didn't see anything about how to handle if in FL.

A Florida compliant acknowledgment when the signer is signing as an individual AND a trustee.

To answer your question, yes, I would...and have - they're signing as, basically, two different people ...
