We are in PA. SA for 16 yrs. We use NR and 123N very often for insite. To answer you, our experience has been......We completed work for Denise Thompson in 2011. Her work orders came through with Atlantic Title Group on it...her name, email address, and phone number at the bottom. After our 1st closing in confirming completion, we emailed her and requested to whom an invoice should be made....she confirmed to invoice her under E&E Closing Services, Gainesville, VA which we did. Payment was received in a 30 day period. There was one closing we completed for her in which we Invoiced but hadn't received payment. When we contacted her about it...she apologized for the over site and paid us promptly. It was much appreciated compared to many companies giving the run around.
