Bo brings cash to closing!

I had the weirdest closing today..TC called a few days ago to set up this app. This closing was at a bank (great I love those) No phone number for bo (I hate that)..Print docs..HUD only! The rest of the docs will be at the bank. When I arrive 15 mins early..I find the bo had already signed all docs and they were notarized by the bank notary!

The bo was to bring money to closing..She brought $ 5,700 cash! The bank manager counted the money and it was wired. All I had to do was present the HUD and have bo sign it! I took the HUD and original mortgage faxed them and dropped package. All for a nice fee!

This was such a nice closing..15 min..Nice way to finish off a busy week!

I had one of those this morning - not the cash (that I know of) but the situation. Sweet! I printed HUD and Title docs - bank did rest of docs though I did preside. 27 mins. - please ask for me again....and again. Nice fee too.

Then my next one should have been 20-30 mins and stretched to almost 2 hours. Couldn't get Mrs. to wrap her mind around one issue, so refused to give her card saying she will get the Aha! at 3 am and I don't want her to call me then to let me know.

You just never know!

Awesome. I love it when I'm in and out - makes up for the type I had tonight. Gal signing for her husband in Iraq, and the docs had her maiden name. Here's how she had to sign all 115 pages;
John Doe by Jane Verylongname nka Jane Doe his attorney in fact, and then her own name Jane Verylongname nka Jane Doe- Two hour signing, but it went well considering.

I don't know. Mine was small, community bank (tho w/branches all over Central fL perhaps it isn't as small as I may think. LOL

Sorry, I was referring to the "American" one. They are known to be the big guys on the block these days.
