Business in Florida

Hi Gang,
Just checking on the other Floridians as far as business is concerned. I am in Jacksonville Florida and business is almost non-existant. I really do not want to look for a 9 to 5, but I may have to. I am marketing and marketing. How is everyone else is doing?

Haven't been in Florida since March 15, business was dead after January 15 until I left. And when I say dead I mean non existant. I feel for you all. Buz in Baltimore is slow but steady.

I am in central Florida and have definitely slowed down this month. April was good and the last week was very busy. I am hoping that will happen this month (next week). Had two this week. A lot of my business has been purchase REO closings these past six months or more, not too many re finances. Let's hope it picks up for all of us. It is just one of those down times again.

Same here, a couple of purchases under the rebate that they had a hard time putting through finally hit the closing table and a couple of refi's, other than that nothing but marketing.
