Re: Closers Connect (Continued)
That's not $39.95 to join; it's $39.95 a MONTH!

I still don't know what they do and can't find a website for them. I'm just curious and definitely not interested in hooking up.

From their website...scary!!
"Also, notary stamp has a similar significance as the notary public. When seen on a document, it makes us understand that the particular document has been approved by a notary public and so is very genuine."

Re: From their website...scary!! OR this tidbit:
"What is a Notary Signing Agent?"
"A notary signing agent can work for the lender, escrow, title company or signing company. He can perform the activities from disbursement of funds, issuing of title insurance to notarization of the documents in loan package."

I found this interesting:
"Our methods have outperformed Direct Mail Marketing return rate standards by 50%."
Since the return rate on direct mail is somewhere around 1%-2%, this is not very encouraging...
Also, some of the stuff posted on their web site is in really bad English - who would hire a company for a direct mail campaign when they can't even put together coherent English sentences on their web site?
From their Terms and Conditions, they are claiming to be governed by the laws of NY, but I've so far been unable to locate a NY address for them. I never trust any company that tries to hide their physical address; it just sort of screams "SCAM" to me...

Correction...
A Google search determined that the guy behind this is from Brooklyn, NY.
