You might rethink some of these companies. I do not reduce my fee, I'm called as a last resort but who cares as long as they pay on a timely basis.

Reasoning... in a slow market, they are new to 'this field', have many other irons in the fire, no track record anywhere.... and very cheap. I don't think we need more NDs, do you?

I did a reverse lookup. It is the same address as ATM/ServiceLink
