I'm in the same boat as everyone else with this company. Did a closing the beginning of July, and still haven't been paid. Have contacted them several times by snail-mail email- phone and still no check.

This company is very bad to work for and I just received an email from Richmond Title that they are partners with a "new and growing company". They don't mention the company name but they do state they are now required to have background checks on file due to this new venture. It says that if we don't have a background check we may get one for $25 through Dynamic Field Solutions. Is this the "new and growing company"? If so, thats not a real smart move on thier part.

Never an issue... I am not understanding why there is such a gap between those that state non payment and people like myself and others who always get paid timely.. Odd!

It all hinges upon how much they need you and when. Their pipeline will dry up one day, and then your payments will as well.

Can also check out ratings on #s site. Very poor is not the

word for this company. Especially in responses to SAs emails referencing slow and no pay ratings.

I accidentally went to their website a while back and upon getting an email from them requesting $25 to sign up, and their 7 pg agreement which stated that they can change the agreed upon fee after the fact, promptly told them that I made a mistake and to remove my name from their list.

tell me about it! It is very important to COMPLETELY not only read the agreement but each time you get it. My experience in court and my winning the case hinged on me showing how the agreement was changed by ONE word.
