EOM???
Am I wrong or would today be the last day to close in order for a loan to fund this month since next Monday is a holiday? If it is than I have serious problems, my phone has not rung once today. I am here in Florida and feeling :-(

Sometimes I think we are the only ones that look at the Calendar. I was smokin' busy at the beginning of the month.

What EOM? I had no calls either. Way busy early on.

Regroup for what another bad month? Today was two closings. It's hard to believe with interest rates so good that nothing is moving. I'm getting cobwebs.

May was in like a Lion and out like a Lamb.
And I don't mean the weather! Sandbagging I'm guessing.

I've done 14 so far in the Inland Empire
Got 2 tomorrow and will probably wind up with 17-18 this month.

For all intent and purpose, EOM could have been May 1st.

May has been my worst month so far in 2010. I did do 4 today and got calls for 3 more. 2 I wouldn't work for and the other was a RM in a very bad area that I will not go to.

You could still get calls tomorrow for those loans that will fund on Saturday.

Well...I've had a host of calls, but
only accepted a small percentage because of the fees offered to me. Like the Notarysigner, General Notary work has been great!

I did 2 this month....there, feel better??....:) Had 3 general notary appointments too...and May is up for me over March and April. Got many calls but had only 2 signings as a result of my sticking to my fees and refusing to print and travel 75-100 miles for $75.
Probably for the best - this Census work is knocking me silly. That will be over soon and, hopefully, June and thereafter will pick up..

if you closed on the 24th, it would fund on the 27th....
For the 26th, it would fund on the 29th. For closings on the 27th, it would fund on the 1st due to the holiday...this according to Notary Rotary calendar.

Re: if you closed on the 24th, it would fund on the 27th....
If closed on the 24th they would have midnight until the 27th to cancel, so funding wouldn't be on the 27th - 3 days RTC

Notary rescission calendar has the date of rescission in blue. It isn't the funding date, just the last day to rescind.

Close on 5/24, fund 5/28; close 5/25, fund 5/29;
fourth day after signing - 3 days to cancel. Close 5/26, fund 6/1; Close 5/27, fund 6/2 (can't count Sunday or holiday in rescission period).
