FYI. "Find a Notary"
Recently, I have notarized a few of these for $5 per notarization - "just a notary."
The borrowers were sent the few pages with a cover instruction letter to "have X document notarized" and returned by X date in the enclosed pre-paid, pre-addressed return FedEx envelope. Very simple and the borrowers had no problem with DIY ... some have gone to their local Town Clerk or bank branch and gotten a FREE notarization (per conversations with friends and Town Clerks).

Re: FYI. "Find a Notary"
I have had a lot of these over the past year. Borrower told to find a notary, borrower then goes to bank or the pack n ship place who send them to me. Luckily we can charge $10 per notarial act. And all I have to do is to have them give me the doc they need their signature notarizing on, and I don't have to go through anything with them. Very fast $10 - usually less than 10 minutes total time spent.

My guess is that NREIS is losing that account?
I used to get all of THOSE through NREIS. Now I am getting them through other companies.
