funny that you say that as I just got a call from them for a closing but under Genuine ... so now my question is : Is Safir going out on his own or is it the company changing their name? Do you know?

If the guy had any brains, he would at least name the company something other than his last name. Too much bad press on this forum about that name associated with late/no pays or screaming at notaries and making unreasonable demands. Thanks for the heads up!

he cant disguise that rude and ill-mannered tone of his. plus, Safir is only #2 in the company, what happened to #1?

You guys really have nothing better to do than to waste me on a website, I started my own signing service just to have a name behind it, I work for Genuine title and only do their closings. Its funny that I have closed over 5000 loans last year but still get some criticism from notaries that don't know how to invoice me. I just wish the people that go on this website before they contact me for payment actually go back and put they they actually go paid. If someone has an issue please contact me directly. I will gladly pay your past due invoice if you have one. Now to the point of paying my fees, if you don't like what we charge than just say NO, you dont have to go an cry about it on a website. I truly take all this info with a grain of salt so if you want or don't want to work for my company that's your choice.

really - in an e-mail to another signing agent you claim you closed close to 3,000 loans last year. Hmm which is it, over 5,000 or close to 3,000?

Looking at all the forum discussions on your company I would say you have a real problem.

And about "cry about it on a website" - this is what this forum is for, letting others know which companies are good to work with and which aren't. Looks like you fall in the latter category.
