This "company" still has not paid. Wile looking up information to file a complaint with the BBB I was directed to the following BBB website to file.

For any of the several people that have rendered services but have not been paid and wish to file a complaint on this business, here is the correct BBB site to file the complaint online.

BBB of Coastal, Central & Southwest Texas
(Austin, TX)
1005 La Posada Drive
Austin, TX 78752
Phone: (512)445-2911
Fax: (512)445-2096
Email: [e-mail address]
Web: http://www.centraltx.bbb.org

I also have the downloaded version of the TX SOS complaint form that is required for filing a complaint against a TX Notary Public. Just PM or email me and I will gladly pass it along.

I encourage anyone that has accepted signings from Mark (Go2Notary) and has either not been paid or has only received payment after having to hound him for it, to go to SC and rate this company. You can also go to the numbers and coffee sites to rate this company as well. Personally, for me, any company I have had to hound to receive payment will not receive anything above a 1-Star rating. But that is just my policy.

Thank you for the new info. Still no payment for services. I will file with BBB and the TX SOS. Go2Notary received 1 star from me previously.

Suggestion,
Get together with others who have not been paid for services rendered by Mark, Go2Notary. Find out who the JP is for his address and file a small claim on him with all included.
In Texas, you can file a small with the JP of your address for your claims or with the JP for the address of the person/business who owes you where you may be able to combine claims.
A small claims judgement is that, only a judgement. You MUST ask for a way to collect which MUST be included in the judgement when itis handed down.
If you file with the JP of his address in Austin, please try to find out how that JP feels about small claims, specificlly those that combine several different people. And how he looks at claims filed in his court by outsiders on people who may vote for him.
This is one of those small claims that the advise of an att'y may be worth while.

Everyone should file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office. This is theft of services and he could be liable criminally.
