Have to fix the error of another closer

Oh this is a hoot---so I accept a redo from another closer from last week.....evidentally first notary didn't print a few docs correctly and had them sign trustee, when they should not have done so.

Just got back to the office and and I see the name....it's one of the girls I used to work with in Register of Deeds for 7 years and attended her wedding....she probably bit her lip at the closing because she knows how to sign in order for docs to record. LOL

That's why trustee signings are sometimes a little tricky. Sometimes TC's want them to write trustee after their signature, and sometimes they don't. She should have clarified that with the TC if they didn't already have that in their instructions.
