Looks like Reeves-Hary - Signing Pro is back :-(
Just received an email from them wanting me to update my information as my "commission is about to expire".
I renewed my commission 03/10/10. The last job I accepted from them, they sent the confirmation to an email address I have not used for business in 2 or more years. I confirmed my new email address with them at the time of the request. Since I never received a confirmation for the signing that was about 1 week out, I did not book the assignment on my calendar. I assumed that they had found another, cheaper, SA and forgot about the whole thing.
Another company, one of my regular customers, called me for the same closing as a last minute signing. I accepted and preformed the job without any issues in the actual signing. I did find out from the borrowers that I was bad mouthed from Signing Pro to them. After some research, I found that Signing Pro had sent the confirmation to the email address that I do not check that often. I also discovered that they still owe me for a signing (under Reeves Harry) and that of the assignments I had accepted from them that over 80% were not able to be closed due to issues from their staff's mistakes.
I immediately sent them a letter informing them of all of this and instructed them to take me off their list as I would not be accepting any assignments from them. From the ratings in SC, it appears that they are attempting to get either new people or past SAs back on their list.
Since "Signing Pro, Inc" will not show up in SC as a listing by itself, I thought I would post a reminder that Signing Pro, Inc is found under "Reeves-Harry - Signing Pro" in SC for any of the newer SA's.
I answered their email with another copy of the letter and again requested that my name be removed from their list.

That, their bad mouthing me for their mistakes, and the number of jobs that had to be canceled due to their mistakes are enough for me to say good bye.

Hmmm! Not my experience. Maybe ...
I just lucky with them, going back to at least 2007.

Signed up with them but never completed work for the company and it looks like they did me a favor.

Reeves-Hary owes me for a signing in 2007. They called me. Meet my fee and I accepted. Did the job, put the docs with the carrier and went to thier website to invoice. Thier website would not let me pass thier "independent contractor contract" which I would not sign because it contained a "non complete" clause, a clause that I would accept thier set fees etc and would not let you xxx them out. Called them and was told that if I did not sign the contract, they could not pay me. Signing Pro more than once has told me they are no loger part of R-H as if I were born yesterday.

Seriously?! If you refused to sign their BS contract ...
... they would not pay you even though you completed the work?! That's fraud, at least in my book.
