Mobile Signing Service

Has anyone worked with Mobile Signing Service out of Ontario, California? I completed a signing for them on April 19, 2010. I was told checks are cut 30 days after the closing. I still have not received payment. I call and everyone that answers is polite but they do not have information regarding payment. The person in charge of payroll can only be contact through email and does not work from their office. I hope they come through.

I have one from January that I have been trying to get paid for. Also have two from April so lets see if they cough up the dough...

Wow, so I will expect not to get paid and if the check shows up it will be a nice surprise. It is so sad when signing companies do this to notaries because we are expected to be accurate, on time and dependable. Why did you accept more work after they didn't pay you for January? (Just out of curiosity)

Stay far away, I believe I heard they were attached to an escrow company that is going under or is now out of business...

I too have been waiting since January 2010 to recieve payment. several calls, emails, snail mail has not helped. I put in a call to the title company today and left a message that they are not paying, awaiting a call back from them. I am starting to think the next step is to contact their states AG and report them, then turn this matter to collections

I did five for them but got tired of emailing and reminding (Lisa?) about my payment. I really like Michael but none of those folks were responsible for seeing that I got paid. I stop taking assignments from them as a result in Nov....sometimes the writing is on the wall. It is always sad to hear when someone doesn't receive payment for work they have done!

Add me to the sucker list. I'm still waiting to get paid from Mobile Signing. This is getting worse every day.
