More problems with VuPoint Wand

If anyone has any suggestions. Here are my problems.
1. I can't seem to get the micro SD card to stay in. When it does, it appears to be crooked.
2. I can not get the green light to come on. I followed the instructions in Linda's post with no success. The power is on, but not the green light.
This is actually my 2nd wand. Same problems with first one so I thought it was defective, and exchanged it. Now that I have same problems with replacement, I know it just me not doing something right, unless they had a whole bad batch at the store. This is driving me nuts. HELP!!!!

I'm not having the same problem you are, but I think mine is defective also. Going to take it back and try again. I'll post if the new one works.

It took us a while to get the card to go in straight so keep trying. Once in went in right it stayed in there. The green light will not go on just by turning the wand on. Once it is on then you push the on button quickly and the green light should go on when it is ready to scan.
I hope it works for you cause we just love ours but it was a bit tempermental at the beginning.
