Please note: That National Real Esate Information Services has terrible invoice turn-over. I have invoices outstanding since March 03, 2010. When I emailed-no response, called and they basically told me they were having problems and they "were working on it." My response since "March?" Please be cautious when you response to them for closing.

IMO, it's more important than ever to follow the forums
to stay up with info on what's going on in the industry. There have been so many posts about payment issues w/NREIS.

I was paid within 2 weeks after contacting her. Also, one check was already cut. Granted it was very late, but it was already cut when she looked into the situation. My invoices were from February and March. She responded promptly, and kept her word that she would look into the matter of my grossly overdue invoices. Hope this helps.
