If this is the same company out of Colorado, I did one signing for them in October of last year. It was a reverse mortgage, they met my fee and they paid pretty quickly, about 10 days.

Please make sure you take note of their condition on a non funding loan. They will only pay $50.00 if the borrowers use their right to cancel.I've done several over the years before they put that on the confirmation.

I'm in PA and I accepted a closing via the tele earlier today. I just got back home and saw that they pay only $50 if the RTC is exercised. I agreed to close the loan for $125 My normal fee for closing refi's is $199 but I had nothing to close tomorrow other than this loan.

We have to stand up and not take this kind of stuff from Title Co's. If enough of us say we'll not accept that then things will change. I will call them up and get a new confirmation sent to me stating that I will be paid the agreed upon fee of $125 close or no-close

OR

I won't do it.

This company does not answer emails when a payment hasn't come in months.

I guess I will go to the next level them, something I usually don't have to do with companies.

Dominic won't answer emails when you ask what happened to a payment!!
