Maybe you should check Msg #319458-- it appears that their account was hacked and--- or not.

Thanks..that was explained to me also...but, what about all the other comments? Personally I think they should be addressing this issue with Harry to see if the comment could be removed it that true. Changing the company name, not a good idea with CSI NoTRot forum members. LOL

James, suppose this company - or any other one star company - offered to pay you upfront, via paypal, O/N you the check, would have worked with them? There was a discussion a few days ago where someone worked with a one star company because they were O/N their fee. Some say it's just "business" and what does it matter as long as they get paid. IMO, of which I am entitled to and no one has to agree with, I liken those notaries to "get away drivers".....they may not have actually pointed the gun at the bank tellers and stuck up all the customers, but they still drove the get-away car and are equally as culpable.
Others choose not to collude with one star companies, in spite of fee met and O/N check. This issue is not limited to signings, but any notary work. It's a heated subject and even so, I'd like your thoughts on this issue.

That's the beauty of being able to make choices. In answer to your question, No! Maybe three star as I understand the system but nothing less. I also need to see the newer comments as someone mentioned in a earlier post as we should be able to reference continuing good working relationships with notaries. Yes I know some notaries twist the truth but after reading the forum for a while you know who to believe and who not to. I have a working relationship with Yoli and I believe her. I also know she was eventually paid and she mentioned that in another post. After my problems with U.S. Certified I choose to avoid all possible problems...choices.
BTW Andrew called me back and explained that it was a "former employee" and apologized. I chose not to turn the other cheek.

Thanks for your trust in me, James. I've always been a trust now type of person. After that horrible scenario in January with Fairfax, like you, I try to avoid any foreseeable problem situations. Unfortunately, in my book, Fairfax/Integrity/Nomad is a problematic situation.
Others may see it differently since they eventually did pay -- 6 months later and only 'cause loan finally closed. That's the beauty of it all. We're free to make our own decisions.

Isn't it nice to be each others competition and still have each others back? You can have any signings......I don't want. LOL

Gee ... thanks ... I think.
Just don't send me the low-ballers, please and I promise to not send you my low-ballers.
And, yes, it is great!
