is that the same as a Loan Mod, got a call to do one. Just wondering

Same thing. Just make sure it's an actual mod and not an application for a mod...

1. Are you collecting post dated checks or credit card info from the client?
2. Are you notarizing any signatures?
3. Is client providing photocopies of bank statements, mortgage statements, utility bills, tax forms, paycheck stubs, etc.?
4. Is client filling out lengthy applications?

If yes, then it's a note mod *application*. The job *duties* will reveal the assignment, not the job title. No matter what it's called, have scheduler *describe* the assignment.
