Refinance business "exploded" last week...
Signing Agents should see end of June/July and August busy.

To be fair, it's just a WSJ article... and an interesting one at that. I don't think it matters who posted it, really.

Not an obsession dear boy......Some folks on this
forum, come here and perpetrate as nsa's when they are in fact owners of SS's or TC's tyring to weed out more suckers for them to low ball or not pay!
It just so happened that with this particular person or her company has very mixed reviews.
In fact, this is a perfect reason as to WHY I ask folks about who they are when I'm not familiar with them, or if they are new. If they don't want to answer, oh well...my loss.
In this case, she used both her company and reg member forum id...so I guess, I got lucky and found out who she was.
Also, some of these companie advertise, which is a no-no. Or try to over inflate their companies ratings with false reviews.
Obsession, no. Just being careful in who I work for, YES!

She told you in second post who she was
You have an obsession with people linking to their profiles. You mention it on almost every page of this board.

What does being careful who you work for have to do with here? What does advertising or false reviews have to do with anything? All she did was post a link to an article that she thought would be relevant to the members of this board.
Your desire to protect yourself (even though she wasn't offering you any work) doesn't give you license to be pushy and demanding.

I know who they are for sure. I have been working with Notaries Express for several years now and they are terrific. I don't think I am advertising for them but saw the posts and wanted to step in and let everyone know that this is a wonderful company to work with and if you get a call for signings from them consider yourself lucky!

I can't tell you about other notary's experiences with NE, only my own and they have been terrific to work with. Consistent, professional, friendly and I have never had a payment issue.

I have to disagree
I did a 3 or 4 jobs for them- some simple deed signings and the majority "they never got paid for" and tried to stiff me- like 3 of the 4.

There is one express notary/notary express that do pay CERO if the loan does not fund. Is this the one?
|
Reply by Linda Spanski on 5/25/10 6:43pm Msg #338208
no sign/cancel = no pay
You are right, Calnotary, this is the company that won't pay if the loan does not fund. For the past few months I've had to remind them to pay me but the check does come, eventually.
