Extremely disorganized, very hard to reach, pretty clueless in general and had to chase to get paid.

Thank you Jeff, I appreciate your response. I did accept the signing from them today. I hope that I don't have the same trouble that you did. I'll send another reply when I get paid just so everyone knows if this company is worth working for.

Same here. Took a last minute, RUSH assignment Christmas eve 2yrs ago on an Las Vegas Purchased/finance, some 200 pgs. Br, both husband and wife were from India and Drs. They had a lot of problems with the HUD/contract, which was around 200 pgs. They were on the phone for over an hour, I forget the Realtor's name who called as I was getting in my car, without them completing the signing and DEMANDED I go back and get the "Escrow Dos" signed as it was required by NV law.
Need I say I stod my ground that the Br's had refused to go any futher with the signing and even if they did not call the police on me for harrassing them, It could have been considered I had put "undue pressure" to sign any docs.
Need I say I have never been paid. And if she file a complaint on me I never heard of it, Understand I did file a information letter on this with the TX SOS.
Yrs ago I lost $$$ to another SS from Las Vegas. It turn out he had left IL or OH, Elite Signing, with out paying his Notaries. He set un Las Vegas and about a year left to live in HI with out paying. Some of the old timers remember him, Katz, like they remember Lisa, Notary America in AZ.

Yikes! I wish that I had received these replies earlier. My signing went great! I did need to call the LO to answer a couple of her questions, but I left with hugs from all. My invoice was sent with the docs and should be paid out of escrow. We'll see...

I said that I would let you know when I received payment. Signing was on 5/1/10 and I received payment today, 5/13/10. I'll work for them again! I love to be paid right out of escrow!
