The Mobile Notary by Felicita

I have been using this program for yrs and it works great. The problem is it won't work on the newer platforms. I now have vista on my laptop but it won't work. I know Felicita sold the program to someone. My question is do you know of the person or company that is selling this program. Or do anyone have a program like this that is as good. but all you have to do is google "mobile notary software" and it is the first or second hit.
