Went and did a mortgage recording for them in Friday haven't been paid. I called they were rude and told me that a lot of their title companies went under last year. I said I know that but, you need to pay me. They said that I am on top of the list. Really?

This does not make sense. "In" Friday --what does that mean. On Friday would make sense, but if you did it on Friday of last week, it is too soon to be paid. What Friday do you mean?

and yes, they were rude to me also when I called this week. I am owed for March 3. I kind of got into it with her. She is getting used to us calling because she had an answer for everything I said. On my no list now.

WHY NO POST IN S/C ???

Just curious, one of you hasn't been paid since February and the other since March, almost 5 & 4 months. Why haven't ether one posted this in S/C? I don't even see this company listed.

they have been on my 'no-no-wayyy' list for a while now...

fees just kept getting lower and lower...not sure how you all were living off of what they offer?

Ali they told me the same thing; that I was on their priority list. She was so rude I started getting into it with her. I told her it was not us notaries fault that she had a couple of Title companies that went under. They hired me in March, I did the job accordingly to her instructions and I need to be paid. I told her so then you knew knowingly you weren't going to pay me. I told her it doesn't matter what title companies that went under because when I did the job for her in March I got my paperwork directly from the title company and I called them and they told me that they did not go under and that they paid her. So I should have been paid. She told me to give her a couple of weeks and it has been a month again. She told me she was waiting for some checks to come in.
