The next time..
I get a request to faxback a copy of the TIL, DOT, Note and whatever to verify the signature, instead I going to offer to take a picture of them with my IPhone and email it to them. I just did it and it's perfectly clear. That's the difference? It's proof, then we'll find out if they're using these faxbacks for another reason (previously discussed in detail).
Okay, I'm NOT talking about taking pictures of all the does, just 3 or 4. comments?

I've got $5 that says that won't be acceptable because--other posters are right.

If they say it's for QC and the pix are clear, should make no difference.
Usually, I scan and email back. However, that does require I return home and then go back out to ship. That's usually only for a new client and I let them know up front that this will delay shipping. At that point, for the most part, they'll say if it's a choice between getting docs out timely or scan-backs, just make sure to triple check all docs and ship asap.
Well, that's a given ....

Yes true, I was just trying to eliminate a level of incompetence to make it easier on us. I sure would eliminate the trip back home.

It will be interesting to hear their reaction to that one.

easier to scan, using portable scanner and email....
screw faxing...takes too damn long. Portable scanner, worth the $150 investment.
