Transferring files from Firefox to Outlook 2003

Does anyone know how to export files ie contacts and emails from Firefox to Outlook 2003?

I Could Be Wrong...

...but I believe Firefox is simply a browser & isn't an electronic repository for contacts or e-mails. You'd need to export them from whatever e-mail service (i.e. Yahoo!) you're currently using.

See if Outlook has an 'Import' tab under tools or settings.

I don't really know anything about Outlook as I don't use it, but I bet if you look around a bit in tools, preferences , settings or even edit, you can find an import tab and then it will ask you a fer questions.

Ok, it's under "file"

and then click on "import and export" and it will walk you through it.
