$70 per assignment

Found this on craigslist this evening in Santa Maria, CA zip code, etcetera jobs.

National company has immediate need for notary signing agents throughout the country. Job requires you to print a packet of loan documents, drive to borrower’s home or office to have them signed and then you would notarize the signed documents. We are looking for qualified individuals who meet the following criteria:

Must have current notary commission
Hi-speed internet
Reliable printer
Reliable transportation
Flexible schedule
Team player mentality

Please note if you have reverse mortgage experience.

Our pay per loan packet is $70 per assignment and we pay weekly. We pay performance bonuses for every 10 signings completed without any issues. Our top producers earn thousands of dollars per month before bonuses. If you are interested in joining our team visit our website at www.godfs.com and click on the Join Our Team link. Please provide minimum of full name, city, state, zip code, email address and a contact phone number.

Dilution of fees beat goes on! Imagine, edocs for reverse mortgage packages which are getting thicker and thicker, and a copy for the borrower. Peanuts!

I like the "stress-free, non-rushed signings" in your profile, James.

James, you might want to put a period between "Codes" and "I"
in the next to last sentence. :-)

I don't think so....didn't want to put a semi-colon, someone may think it was a computer glitch..that's what I wanted.

Pause? semi colon better, or cause.

I'm a semi-colon fan - people don't use enough.

What liars!!--"performance bonuses, etc."--They are using a

sales pitch that sounds like telemarketing work, and I'm sure that's who they will draw.
These are desperate times and someone will take the bait.
Someone also posted this a couple of weeks ago. It is Dynamic Field Solutions who already have a horrible rep for non-payment.

If we sit back and watch, XYZ will absorb DFS as they did NASA 10 yrs ago. XYZ needs this program to move signing agents to even lower $$. LOL

I'm not getting the connection between XYZ & DFS. DFS is a ss.

You must be new to this world.
Most know what national assocation of notaries is refered to as XYZ.
DFS is Dynamic Field Services.
My connection was about when, about 10 yrs ago, XYZ aquired Natonal Signing Agent Association (NASA), a group started to help develop our "young" signing agent business with education, listing of Notary signing agents and listing title/escrow companies who used NSAs
XYZ is a priviate for profit organization whose purpose is making money for it's owners. SA's are just a source of income. The one thing XYZ did was go on a mass ad campaign to train notaries, or anyone who could become a notary, to be SAs that could make $150 and hour.
NASA purpose was upgrading our new "industry" with education so SAs could get fair fees.
XYZ did not like the competition and NSSA was not well funded. So, XYZ aquired NASA. Now SAs find themselves in our current position of ever increasing lower fees with more demands on us with "those fees" e i back ground checks.
DFS pays lower fees if they ever really pay. DFS would be a very "good" target for XYZ to aquire to use to even lower the SA playing fiels.

They are trying to attract the new signing agents. Maybe those that aren't even in the business yet. Making it sound so wonderful since they know that they cannot call us with those outrageous fees.
