called this AM to purchase E & O ..telephone answered after 1st ring. Five min later confirmation of purchase, five min after that email (PDF) insurance Doc. Ten min total. Thanks NotRot.

A lost art.........................Customer Service................THAT IS WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT!! We do a lot of complaining about all of the people we deal with day to day. We should all take a look in the mirror and ask what we are doing for our customers for a change.

Yes....you now are required to have that to get on some "preferred Notary list" .

After 2 1/2 years it's time to pass the baton and start working directly with TC. As I mentioned in a previous post ( I'm sure seasoned NSA know this) having Sponsors is an absolute must. I've been very bless and fortunate to have that now because of my work ethics and people skills. I also remain humble and willing to listen and learn from anybody!
