who called me???
I received a call from a title company in Florida the number only had 4 digits 6839. I cannot find the feature "who called me" I accepted a signing and never got an email from the title co. I believe the person on the phone spaced it or forgot. What would you do??

Do you remember the name of the company? Short of that, I don't know what to suggest, except to hope that they have a reason to contact you in the morning. Maybe someone else will have a better answer, but with no information, I can't imagine what else you could do, short of calling every title co in Florida. [Might end up drumming up a bunch of new business! jk...]
For future reference, if you accept a signing, you should be sure to get at least the basic info before you hang up. Whenever I get a call from a company that I haven't worked for previously (so I know I have their contact info in my files), I ask for their phone number and write it down, just in case. It has come in handy more times than I can count. (I'm also careful to make sure I get their name and the company name.)

<"I cannot find the feature "who called me" ">
Use the Signing Central tab up top > Click on the Signing Service Listing (on right hand side) > Orange button at top of page.
Although with only 4 digits I don't think you will be able to pull up anything. Be sure to check all of your email addresses and the spam folders in each. After that, if still no confirmation then, without a confirmation, especially from a company that has only 4 digits on caller ID, I'd say you do not have an appointment. IMO, if another company calls for the same time you should book that one and move forward.
Lately, I have had companies calling using out of country codes (and they are inside the US). I don't think they are attempting to hide their number so much as they have probably began using a voice-over-internet (VOI) service to save money. This may be the case with the company that called you. VOI services are not set up for 911, therefore, not all of them can display the phone numbers on caller ID. Some of them will show up as "out of area" calls.
Good luck

I got the same call on Monday and it was from
New Millennium Title. I save all new callers on my caller ID so I know who is calling me the next time they call - I thought it was weird but yes the only numbers displayed were 6839.

Same call yesterday..New Millennium Title..outsourcing??...
Ever get a call from First American Signature Services with all zeros? I know that they outsource. NM has started outsourcing as well, but I do not know which services they are outsourcing whether it is title searches, scheduling, both, neither, or something completely different. Just a thought.

Re: Same call yesterday..New Millennium Title..outsourcing??...
I think with FASS, the zeros are an internet phone number. I tried calling it back once and my phone said it could not (I knew that would happen). That is the one number that I don't have IDed in my phone. Much easier to know who it is: all zeros means FASS.

I checked my on-line cellular bill to see what the 6839 was listed as - it said 9999999999.

I was driving the other day and got a call with all zeros and could not answer. Of course I could not call it back and now I know who it was. Thank you for the info. Next time I'll call back FASS rather than just wonder who was playing mind games.

I'm not sure about this, but I think these unusual nos. are "virtual" nos., coming from companies using computers in a call center.

Just got another call today from 6842
It was new Millennium again, offering $90 for a BOA package with 45 pages of faxbacks. They did not accept my counter offer.
