SC gives them a 4-star rating.

They just called for edoc signing for tomorrow. TC wants entire package faxed back. No docs yet but usually runs about 120-130 pages.

All SS is getting paid is what I charge for regular edoc. Quoted her $XXX for edoc and fax backs. She's gotta get approval. What are they thinking when they accept those fees for additional work???

I do reverse mortgages for this company

and the RM loan officer locally - $125/signing - at the LO's office so no worries about questions - NO faxbacks - no handholding - pkgs about 125-140 pages usually - pays in just under 30 days. Guess it depends on who her client is because she did call me for a signing about 45 miles away and could only offer $85, which I couldn't do.

Lorrie's good to work for - however, that being said, I agree I wouldn't fax back an entire package for that fee.
