Bay Title request

Just a note to the notary in West Palm Beach (Palm Beach County) that might be taking a job for Bay Title this afternoon in Lake Worth. The fee was fine, the location was fine, but asking me to date the docs for tomorrow instead of today (because they didn't want to send the file back to underwriting to change the date) was NOT ok. So please know that pre or post dating is illegal in the state of Florida.
