Debt Collection Work
I know that a lot of the signing agents are being asked to do debt collection for a low fee. If you are considering this work, I will tell you right now that it is not easy work to complete. The clients you have to meet are not the happy homeowners who sign loan docs. They are for lack of a better word, deadbeats. You would be extremely lucky to even find a person answering the door and you might find a lot of hostility if you do. A friend of mine was offered a 50 percent commission on accounts in which he could collect an overdue fee from a private ambulance service. He thought this was going to be great work since some of the bills were several hundred dollars or more. He did it one day since he spent a day without so much as one person answering the door.
